**What you’ll do**:
You will be a thought leader advancing precision and personalized medicine for people living with Mental Health Disorders and in particular depression, according to the following mission statements:

- Develop, validate, and drive strategic integration across research and medical evidence generation of digital health technologies (DHT) to yield more objective, precise, and ecological measures of disease course in anxiety and depression disorders
- Lead efforts to turn rich multidimensional dataset into individualized predictive solutions supporting research and clinical care
- Provide scientific and clinical leadership to BDH HCP/Patient Solutions in the fields of Mental Health aiming at improving care by supporting HCPs or optimizing the patient journey
- Provide scientific and clinical leadership to external Digital Health partnerships and investments in the field of Mental Health disorders.

This role is of key importance to achieve the strategic vision and objective to make Biogen a recognized leader in digital health sciences, hence contributing to our corporate vision & strategy - this role will report to BDH Sciences Head and will be a member of BDHS Leadership Team.

You are a transformation leader that enjoys internally to drive acceleration of digital health in partnership with key R&D functions (Clinical Sciences, Global Clinical Operations, relevant development and research units) and Worldwide Medical (Health Outcomes Research, Global Therapeutic Area teams etc.). You enjoy working solution driven, to deliver and execute complex programs/projects, having a sound understanding of technology. You have a proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them. Stand out with your entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing business - we love seeing those side projects and design experiments

**Qualifications**:

- Education: MD or MD PhD, PhD Scientist, PharmD, PhD
- Intrinsic passion for advancing human disease understanding and transforming healthcare using digital technologies
- A minimum of 8 years Pharma/Biotech industry experience, alternatively extensive leadership experience in academic/clinical centers of excellence
- Extensive expertise in the field of Mental Health as well prior experience in digital health in Mental Health is preferred
- You will have gained strong stakeholder management skills and can demonstrate proven experience driving execution as part of a A-level transversal team
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams.
- Strong work ethic with the drive and willingness to go the extra mile
- You have gained prior experience in managing digital and medical devices programs
- Fluent English language skills
