The **Lead for Partnerships in Digital Biomarkers Research & Development** will enable precision and personalized medicine by augmenting BDH's measurement portfolio with an external innovation and alliances portfolio for digital assessments and biomarkers across multiple therapeutic areas.
As the Lead for Partnerships in the Digital Biomarkers Research and Development team, you will:
- Lead search and evaluation efforts for value-generating collaborations with leading startups, academic institutes, and industry partners to augment the measurement portfolio of DBRD
- Lead cross-functional teams to validate opportunities and negotiate terms to enable innovative, beneficial, and value-generating collaborations
- Manage alliances to ensure all parties realize planned benefits and value creation
- Establish measurement portfolio and innovation management excellence in DBRD
Location Baar, Switzerland
**Qualifications**:
- PhD in life sciences or MBA with focus on life sciences industry
- = 10 years Pharma/Biotech/Tech industry relevant experience
- Solid experience in digital medicine and health technology
- Demonstrated track record of success in innovative ventures
- Experience with business development and managing intellectual property
- Experience in global innovation roles and leading by influence
- Experience leading cross-functional collaborations internally and externally
- Experience in innovation portfolio management
