**Overview**

We are looking for a UX Designer to help drive the direction of our user experience. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our users to help them find their job as well as defining the experience that enables them to onboard with us, discover jobs and accomplish their goals in an efficient and enjoyable way.

It will be a one-year contract with the possibility to extend it to a permanent one.

**What you will do**
- Identify user / customer needs through research, validation and interviews
- Partner with the Product team to validate and understand users needs and challenges and help find the right solutions
- Combine quantitative and qualitative data to create flows and wireframes with multiple scenarios
- Translate and document design concepts into visuals that can be shared with business stakeholders and able to translate them into technical requirements for engineers and data colleagues
- Provide specs and support to your engineering peers when developing new features and following up with the final delivery before release to production
- Create interactive prototypes for user research and testing at all stages of the user journey
- Manage and coordinate the creation of prototypes, interfaces and collaborate in the drafting of design systems according to the principles of atomic design on projects of different scale

**Who you are**
- Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
- Passionate about design and product development while constantly looking for ways to improve it with a user centric mindset
- Experience designing interfaces, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups and specifications for complex cross-touchpoint projects
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt this to the product development requirements
- Proficient in using Figma
- Share analysis, experiments, research and expertise in order to create recommendations for design and engineering and evangelize stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results oriented: show initiative in proactively finding and solving problems
- Be a business-focused, innovative, inspired, efficient and constructive team player
- Good written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills

**Nice to have**
- Ability to lead design sessions and workshops
- Experience with qualitative user research methodologies and capable to run research in order to ensure that user insights inform all stages of design
- Experience with A/B test experimentation
- An understanding of Machine Learning techniques and what it means to product design is a nice to have
