We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer 100% (M/F/d) who can captivate our customers with an outstanding user experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing the UX and UI infrastructure of the KINASTIC Corporate Health platform (phone and web app). You'll play a pivotal role in continuously enhancing the user experience and delighting our customers.

Tasks
- Conducting user research through methods like heatmaps, screen recordings, user interviews, and focus groups to gain valuable insights for UX design.
- Creating wireframes and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts in collaboration with the product management team.
- Analyzing user data with the product management and IT departments to identify opportunities for UX optimization.
- Developing and managing the visual language of Kinastic, including component libraries, branding kits, typography, and other design elements.

**Requirements**:

- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and can handle high-pressure situations.
- High level of creativity, innovative spirit, proactiveness and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with other departments such as product management and development.
- Completed degree in UX/UI Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, German is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of common UX/UI tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, Figma, etc.
- Experience in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and mockup creation.
- Ability to translate complex information into simple and engaging designs.
- Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong interest in continuously improving the user experience and prioritizing user needs.
- Nice to have: Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as current web technologies and trends.
