Tasks

As a UI/UX Designer at rready, you’ll build the best innovation management platform out there and help us create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that drive engagement and foster creativity. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, customers, and other creatives from discovery to delivery.
- Oversee our entire product design workflow with eyes on every detail of new product features, from the initial idea to UX and UX-Writing to pixel-perfect implementation.
- Further develop and evolve our design system with patterns that are easy to use, effective, and consistent. Purposefully advance our design system as we mature.
- Design user-centered product concepts: Engage in user research and analytics data to validate and balance product vision, customer experience and business viability.
- Prototype ideas and share them with your stakeholders: Create prototypes (sketches, figma mocks) and incorporate testing with users into your daily work to validate and refine ideas, while gathering new insights.

**Requirements**:

- Have proven track-record in SaaS UI/UX design (3+ years), with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences.
- Want to be part in every aspect of a new feature from ideation, planning, scoping, designing and building until it launches and gets communicated.
- Are comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (specifically Vue). You don’t have to be an expert, but should feel comfortable working closely with engineers.
- You prefer to work open and by default share your work early and often vs. a linear and formal design process.
- Thrive in the autonomy, uncertainty, and unpredictability of a startup environment.
- Are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills.
- ️ Prefer designing alone at your desk? This job is not for you. The goal of this role is to collaborate closely with various stakeholders, and you should have a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
- ️ Are expecting to only manage and coordinate. We are looking for hungry people who want to get out there and innovate, advise, and support our customers;
