Labcorp Drug Development is looking for a **Security and Soft Services Coordinator **(permanent contract).

The incumbent will provide effective assistance to the Facilities manager and department and will meet internal and external customer requirements by leading security and supporting administrative work related to the Facilities department.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:
People Responsibilities
- Contractors management

Security
- Supervise reception & security sub-contractor activities
- Manage building access control and define improvement where necessary
- Manage the badging access system and ensure monthly checks are performed for access to the sensitive areas.
- Lead and follow project link to security of Geneva facilities (CCTV around building, badging systems, new reception project, )
- Point of contact for global Labcorp Drug Development Security committee SRB and represent Geneva facilities.
- Point of contact with all external security authorities, local intervention team, councils & discussion forums in matter of soft services and security (i.e.: Mairie, communal and cantonal police departments, area security working groups, etc )
- Ensure CMRP plan and testing are well defined and documented

Administrative
- Organize and follow soft services contractors such as: custodial, food service, waste management, pest control, etcContinuously monitor services quality for the mentioned contractors by regular audits / housekeeping checks.
- Ensure contracts correspond to the current service level we received from our contractors (contract management). Act as an interface between Labcorp Drug Development employees and soft services contractors.
- Prepare documents, work instructions for the different Facilities activity (incl. support to the technical team).
- Manage parking (parking eligibility check, parking slot allocation and visitors / temporary attribution).
- Is responsible for conference rooms and visitor offices allocation.
- Welcome new hired employees for security and badging training.
- Give support for the different events organization (e.g. : children Christmas party, End year employees party, etc.).

**Experience/competencies**:

- Years of experience in the job discipline: 3 years
- Years of experience in security roles : 5 years
- Other required work-related experiences: familiar with building security & facilities duties
- Security management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Offices tools
- Strong customer oriented
- Flexible and pro-active
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience supporting good relationship with internal customers or external contractors

**Education**:

- Maturity level required
