Job Description**
Working as part of our Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will develop financial models and reports to review and control the business activities of the SGS Group and the Corporate Functions.**
**More specifically, you will**:
- Be responsible for the Group’s monthly closing process from a FP&A perspective, coordinate Region’s deliverables and interact with the Group Consolidation Team;
- Provide the Group CFO with required monthly and ad-hoc analysis and manage monthly Board report production;
- Act as a Business Partner to the Corporate Functions (excluding IT) driving financial performance analysis, cost control, budgeting and forecasting in line with strategic and operational objectives;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in processes and costs structures;
- Responsible to deliver efficient monthly reporting to all stakeholders: Projects, cost centers Managers;
- Develop insights to support and steer financial understanding and influence decisions;
- Manage resource with the goal to deliver processes in the most efficient manner;
- Support the Group CFO, Group Controller and FP&A Director in strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requested for financial information and analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree (in business, economics or accounting) or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years relevant financial controlling experience in an international Group;
- Experience of multi-cultural and matrix driven environments and managing small cross-border teams;
- Experience working with ERP or consolidation system mandatory (Oracle and Hyperion preferred);
- Familiar with international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS);
- Must have strong computer skills (Business Intelligence tools, Excel Pivot Table, etc.);
- Fluent in English (French a strong plus).
Additional Information**
This position will be based at our head office in Geneva.
