Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Senior Finance Manager, Consumer Health Supply Chain Global Carve-Out & Continuous Improvement**, located in **Zug.**

This position will drive the Global Consumer Health Supply Chain strategic roadmap while staying in sync with our Tax model, reporting into the Senior Finance Director, Supply Chain Excellence. S/he will be responsible for the global carve-out budgets by providing transparency and clarity to the Global Supply Chain LT and facilitating trade off/prioritization discussions. In addition this role will challenge current processes and optimize developments in the face of continuous improvement and capabilities needed for the E2E Global Supply Chain organization. This is a substantial role to lead and support the planning, analysis and execution of critical initiatives with a significant impact in agility, resilience and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial leadership to the Global functions budgets and forecasts by engaging on global initiatives and driving prioritization discussions with Global Supply Chain LT
- Drive detailed analysis & reporting process for actuals and major forecast updates including the preparation of reporting decks
- Act as the central point of contact on capital investments, global value chain functional spend and corporate allocations
- Provide financial and strategic support to PMO leaders in key pivotal initiatives
- Business Partner with Global Supply Chain LT members, PMO leaders and extended finance team to build the Long-range financial plan, influence the story construction and present during LT reviews
- Orchestrate the planning cycle for key business reviews with close collaboration with supply chain and influence and deliver strategic message framing
- E2E ZBB project manager driving readiness, improvements, analytics, deployment and change management
- Work closely with Tax Managers to ensure compliance with the tax model and partner with the Capital Finance manager to share insights along with depreciation analysis by project breakdown.
- Drive continuous improvements for financial processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects
- Manage and coach one direct report

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA, CMA or other financial certification
- 8+ years finance experience in a multinational FMCG/Pharma company
- Strong collaboration and proven business partnering with the ability to influence senior management to land results in complex, fast paced, matrix environment
- Experienced professional with robust communication skills who is performance driven
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
- Knowledge of general and supply chain specific finance/accounting processes
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English required
