As a Technical Support Intern, you will join a small team based in Switzerland. The team plays a key technology support role for a major division of EF, comprising over a thousand employees in different locations worldwide. Our mission is to ensure that technology works for the betterment of the organization. That can mean everything from diving in and fixing problems to taking a step back and looking at the big picture—whatever it takes is what we do.

**The Details**

This is an entry-level IT support position. The main task is to support local and remote EF staff and help the WWIT Support team with different tasks. You’ll be a technical resource for the Office and the team. You will also be involved in supporting senior managers and will share ideas or input on technology strategy. You will collaborate with technology experts throughout EF as they attempt to reproduce recurring issues in a test environment and resolve them. Finally, you'll be able to assist with various technology-related projects and other IT support responsibilities and learn from them.

- Experience working in an IT environment
- Basicknowledge of Windows 10,11 and Macs
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks
