Fintech Operations Intern

**Your responsibilites**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fintech Operations Intern (50%-100%) to join our fast-paced Fintech startup for 6 months with possibility to extend. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Management team and the Operations team, in all administrative and organisational matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working closely with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the Management team and Operations team, assisting in crucial administrative and organizational matters that directly contribute to the success of our company.
- Engage in diverse tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating team events, allowing you to actively contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
- Support the HR team in executing projects and organizing team events, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among different teams, facilitating information flow and coordination to enhance overall efficiency.
- Contribute to accurate expense management by gathering receipts and invoices, showcasing your attention to detail and financial responsibility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files, ensuring efficient access to essential information. Embrace the opportunity to work with electronic and physical databases.
- Analyze business operations data and assist in preparing presentations and reports, enabling you to gain insights into the inner workings of our company and its future direction.
- Contribute to creating a pleasant and efficient work environment by assisting in the organization of office spaces, managing supplies and equipment, and supporting office technology needs.
- Be involved in making travel arrangements for employees, ensuring seamless logistics and documentation.
- Support the HR team in executing projects and organizing team events, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or freshly graduated in business administration, finance, or related field.
- You know the MS Office programmes by heart and have the ability to learn new tools and software quickly; experience with Google Workspace is considered a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise work and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are essential.
- A supportive team player who enjoys working in a complex, international and dynamic environment.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information, and dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
