**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the order fulfillment of the Business Group After Sales (RAS) in Winterthur from customer order to delivery and payment, including planning and procurement of materials
- Functional and disciplinary lead of the backoffice, procurement & planning teams in Switzerland, Germany and Czech Republic including approx. 60 team-members
- Responsible for trade compliance (import and export)
- Responsible for Transportation and shipping from suppliers to customers
- Ensure best in class performance in line with the strategic objectives (quality, reliability, time, cost)
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Responsible for warehouse and quality execution in the warehouses in Switzerland, Germany and 3 PL warehouse in the Netherlands as well as for intercompany transfers
- Material and customer data management, including import/export control

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor/master’s in business administration or equivalent
- Alternative technical background with additional education in planning and procurement or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading international teams
- Experience in order execution, procurement, planning or logistics processes
- Strong negotiation skills and proven experience with international negotiation partners (internal and external)
- Strong Communication skills in English and German
- User Knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills
- Proven track record in leading and managing change
