International Tax Manager

In this position, you will participate in the management of Autoneum’s international tax position comprising countries in the regions North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Middle East. Your engagement will include tax aspects of M&A and post-merger integration, implementation of OECD Pillar 2 as well as transfer pricing. Further, your will support in the field of tax accounting, tax rate forecasting and tax reporting. Finally, our global network of subsidiaries welcomes your support within tax audits, tax controversy and litigation. This interesting, comprehensive role requires a hands-on and solution driven attitude on the one hand. On the other hand, it does also offer to contribute to the vision of the tax team and the structure of the Group actively and valuably.
As an International Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a small tax team. You will report directly to the Head of Group Tax and be a key part of the broader finance team. You will collaborate with various functions around the globe and tax advisors in various countries. The role also involves interactions with Group Senior Management.

We are open for this role to be based in Winterthur or in one of our locations outside Switzerland.
