contactify is a B2B SaaS startup from Switzerland, striving to become the
number one partner for integrated and automated contact management across
all touchpoints of the customer journey. To further support our growth in europe, we are looking for the head of business development.

Tasks
- Improve lead management and lead scoring
- Develop, test, and iterate outbound campaigns to drive new outbound opportunities
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Collaborate with marketing team to increase quantity and quality of leads
- Converting pilot users into paying customers
- Developing new business and partnership opportunities
- Continuous market research

**Requirements**:

- Ability to represent the company and educate prospects at events, trade shows, conferences, and private events
- Ability to understand the clients business economics and value drivers and be able to have an effective conversation in regards to technology services, offerings and solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of goal and result orientation
- Open-minded and committed personality who can handle stressful situations with confidence
- Determined and persistent in closing deals
- Technical affinity in order to be able to sell our software authentically
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business is a plus
