**Your mission**
- Complete responsibility for the spin-off process
- Evolution of the current biomechanics business unit into an independent business
- Ownership of the strategic execution plan to tap into new markets
- Visionary leadership during the transition phase

**Your tasks**
- Successful carve-out of the current Business Unit
- Overall responsibility for the strategic development and the budget of the Business Unit Biomechanics
- Leading the highly qualified Biomechanics Team (incl. Global Head of Sales and Product Management Team)
- Development and implementation of a profitable growth strategy
- Continuous market analysis and early recognition of market trends
- Expanding and maintaining our network of key accounts; universities, research institutes, and strategic partners

**Your qualification**
- Master or higher degree in Biomechanics or equivalent
- MBA from a leading university or institute of advanced education preferred
- Solid knowledge of the biomechanics or performance diagnostics
- Working experience in a corporate environment (e.g., medical or engineering)
- Knowledge of measurement technology is a clear advantage
- Proven leadership skills and entrepreneurial experience e.g., in a start-up
- Team player with a winning mentality
- Proactive can-do attitude with a high level of drive and enthusiasm
- Strong networker with a global mindset and ability to work in an international environment with customers and colleagues
- Excellent English language skills are a must. Other languages such as German are a clear advantage
