Product Sales Manager Fluid Technology (all genders)

**WHAT YOU DO**
- You build and develop strong relationships with our customers using your technical and commercial expertise
- You are agile and have a keen sense for business opportunities, you acquire new customers and generate leads
- You lead and execute key customer projects from acquisition to completion of samples/pre-series production
- You manage the price strategy including project negotiations
- You work closely with our clients’ engineering teams to design and develop solutions to their technical problems
- You build a strong network with other peers to exchange bright ideas and best practice experiences
- You provide technical support for your colleagues in the sales back office and in the field
- You give input on market development to implement the successful and profitable placement of product lines and explore new industries to open new opportunities

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. An additional commercial training would be a plus
- 2+ years of experience with project management or solution selling in a technical environment
- Experience with Fluid Handling technologies or related industries would be of advantage
- Experience with CAD/ AutoCAD and good command of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Autonomous and sales-oriented personality with great communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent Swiss German and English skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
