On behalf of our client, a prestigious and international company with Headquarters in Luzern, we are on the search for their future Head of ERP.

This exciting position involves but is not limited to leading a team of experienced professionals, ensuring the ERP Team acts as a strategic partner to business goals and managing a global rollout of a new ERP system.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will provide a clear vision and people leadership to a team of experienced professionals
- You will act as a strategic partner to the business and ensure that the ERP system enables business goals
- You will, together with your team and an external vendor, manage the global rollout of a new ERP system
- You will advise stakeholders on the efficient use of the ERP system
- You will ensure the adequate training and adoption of the new ERP system by the business
- You will manage relationship with all project stakeholders, including internal and external parties
- You will be responsible for managing an external vendor

**Profile**:

- You hold a Masters degree or equivalent in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- You are fluent in German and in English
- You bring over 10 years of experience, with extensive knowledge in ERP Systems and Project Management
- You have a background in development and or in finance
- Preferably you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- You have demonstrated experience in and take pleasure in leading a team
- You bring great communication skills and can communicate with different stakeholders globally
- You see the bigger picture. You are a people leader who provides a clear vision and guidance on how to get there
- You have a proactive mindset and take ownership, being able to identify areas of improvement or action and ensuring the necessary measures are taken
