**Your responsibilities**: As part of our research team, the postdoc is expected to conduct research in the areas education policy and global governance and/or international organisations, assessment, and accountability. Special emphasis is placed on comparative studies of educational contexts.
- Leadership in research projects regarding education policy and global governance
- Scientific publications and active participation in conferences
- Teaching duties in upper secondary teacher education
- Participation in organizational activities

**Your profile**:

- Excellent doctoral degree in educational science/pedagogy or history
- Academic track record with international peer-reviewed publications
- Excellent knowledge of empirical research methods and statistics
- Proficiency in English and German (or willingness to acquire German language skills)
- High motivation, flexibility, and reliability; ability to work in a team
