Job description

In this role you will be responsible for development of the supply chain towards a zero defect performance, lean processes and best in class supply chain & logistic performance to achieve SCM, Quality & NWC targets, short lead times and required time to market.

You will lead various different teams in cross functional and international environment. Furthermore, you will cooperate with responsible Divisions, Global Category Managers, Sustainability & Compliance, Technical Departments, and Projects, among others.

As part of Accelleron’s Supply and Value Chain Excellence Division, you will report to Global Procurement Manager.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage direct report teams: supplier development & quality, supplier auditing, incoming goods inspection and warehouse & internal logistics- Functional leadership for India and China: supplier quality, development and auditing- Ensure highest productivity, performance and quality and closely collaborate with the divisions and drive a safety-first culture- Develop and execute local and global supplier quality & development strategy and deploys related initiatives & actions, and drive continuous improvement in global organization- Ensure the supplier qualification process is fully understood and utilized, ensuring the supply bases are, and remain, fully qualified and compliant, provide support to suppliers to secure Accelleron requirements are met- Monitor and report supplier performance (KPIs), quality issues and development actions., supporting conformance to Accelleron quality metrics- Improve SCM KPI’s in Quality, OTD and Leadtime to best-in-class level- Coach and mentor teams, by cooperating with SCM management to develop standard supply base management and quality training materials for local and global implementation- Together with internal & external stakeholder implements new warehouse and logistic systems- Ensure full and appropriate utilization of Ariba and other SCM tools according to global SCM/Quality procedures and ensure full utilization of local system for reporting, monitoring and disposition of quality, on time delivery (OTD), lead time and compliance

Your background:
- University degree in Technical Field, Material Science or Supply Chain- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in relevant field- Experience in sourcing, quality, lean management - technical experience is advantageous- ERP system experience (preferably SAP)- Experience in international and cross functional environment- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Change management experience- Global minded team player with strong execution and result orientation- Very good German and English skills, other languages of advantage
