Supplier Quality Leader

**Job Description Summary**: Supplier Quality Leader - Aeroderivatives (SQL Aero) will be accountable for the quality of aeroderivative systems delivered by external supply chain to Gas Power project sites globally, including Aero Package, Aero BoP, Aero MSD and Aero Generators scope. The role is responsible for both new equipment and service scope, including the main machine service scope.
SQL Aero will be leading a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) responsible for developing the quality of suppliers of Aero Package equipment as a direct manager. In addition to this responsibility, SQL Aero will serve as a functional manager of all SQEs in other MSD-BoP-Aero-Generators SQ teams managing suppliers delivering, in addition to other commodities, aeroderivative products and systems (BoP, MSD and Generators).
This role will work in full alignment and close collaboration with internal stakeholder functions including but not limited to sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and project management to assure project execution excellence.
The scope of activities includes supplier product qualification, audit, surveillance, and quality issues’ resolution and root cause investigation. The objective is to assure delivery to customer project sites on time, on budget, meeting customer quality expectations and Gas Power SQ KPI targets.
This role will report to the Global MSD-BoP-Aero-Generators SQ Leader, supporting him/her in developing and implementing a global strategic plan for development of robust and reliable supply chain in Aeroderivative domain and execute this strategy in partnership with internal and external customers.

Le/La Responsable Qualité Fournisseurs - Aérodérivés (SQL Aero) est responsable de la qualité des systèmes aérodérivés livrés par la chaîne d'approvisionnement externe aux sites des projets Gas Power dans le monde, notamment pour les segments de produits Pack Aero, BoP Aero (systèmes auxiliaires), MSD Aero (produits expédiés directement) et Alternateurs Aero. Il/Elle est responsable à la fois du nouvel équipement et de la prestation de services, notamment la prestation de services pour la machine principale.
Le/La SQL Aero dirige une équipe mondiale d'ingénieurs Qualité Fournisseurs (SQE) chargée de développer la qualité des fournisseurs d'équipements Pack Aero, en tant que responsable direct(e). En outre, le/la SQL Aero est le/la responsable fonctionnel(le) de tous les SQE des autres équipes SQ de l’organisation MSD-BoP-Aero-Generators gérant les fournisseurs qui livrent des produits et des systèmes aérodérivés (BoP, MSD et alternateurs) en plus d'autres produits.
Il/Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les services des parties prenantes internes, notamment les équipes Achats, Engineering, Production et Gestion de projet, afin de garantir l'excellence de l'exécution du projet.
Ses activités couvrent la qualification des produits des fournisseurs, l'audit, la surveillance, la résolution des problèmes de qualité et l'enquête sur les causes premières de ces problèmes. Il/Elle a pour mission de veiller à ce que la livraison sur les sites des projets des clients s’opère dans les délais, en respectant le budget, en répondant aux attentes des clients en matière de qualité et en atteignant les objectifs des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) de qualité des fournisseurs (SQ) fixés par Gas Power.
Il/Elle travaille sous l’autorité du Responsable SQ mondial de l’organisation MSD-BoP-Aero-Generators, qu’il/elle aide à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique mondial pour le développement d’une chaîne d’approvisionnement de produits aérodérivés solide et fiable, et à exécuter cette stratégie en partenariat avec les clients internes et externes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- People leader of the global team of Supplier Quality Engineers and a functional (“dotted line”) leader of all SQEs in other teams in charge of aero suppliers, driving quality, delivery, and compliance excellence within the global Aeroderivative supply base for Gas Power.
- Drive systematic improvements to meet CoPQ targets, on-time delivery, first-time-right product quality, Cost Out/Savings, customer event and escape reduction, and other SQ KPIs.
- Mentor, coach and motivate the team, developing a strong leadership pipeline based on integrity and compliance.
- Drive strong EHS, Compliance, Quality and Lean culture throughout the supply base and within the team.
- Build an inclusive culture by focusing on safety and quality and aligning with the GE Leadership Behaviors, ensuring effective cross-functional communication and engagement with team members to ensure understanding and alignment with operational goals.
- Align with Supply Chain Quality and Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Leaders in the Aeroderivatives scope in identifying and leading global supplier quality development programs to continuously improve supplier performance
- Develop and execute global Sourcing and Quality strategies in the
