**Your mission**:

- Disciplinary management of transnational AT/CEE marketing unit
- Account contact /SPOC for all marketing planning processes for the international AT/CEE market in coordination with global brand marketing
- Strategic involvement in planning processes (management meetings)
- Ensuring omnichannel planning processes and standardized procurement processes
- Provision of guidelines, format toolbox to ensure a uniform brand presence
- Setting up process structures (event, social, POS, graphics, openings, etc.)
- Management of all country-specific marketing adaptations
- Development of singular marketing measures for high potential or new entry markets
- Management of country-specific marketing sub-agencies

**Your profile**:

- Comprehensive marketing perspective with omni-channel experience
- Cross-company management skills
- High willingness to travel for local market proximity DE, AT & CEE
- Interest or experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry
- Leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in leading intercultural and international teams or project organizations
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate internal and external project teams
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German
