Customer Service Manager

**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for customers and agents in the processing, coordination and control of enquiries and complaints
- Carrying out case prioritization in the assigned support area
- Maintaining an excellent customer relationship with first-class service
- Maintaining close contact with the field service and the problem solution teams
- Determination of remedial measures for quick and efficient problem solving
- Creating warranty material orders and following them up with the customer or the Field Service Engineers
- Actively supporting the Field Service Engineers in retrofitting machines, supplying spare parts, carrying out service work and installing new projects
- Participation in meetings and events; administrative tasks

**Your Qualifications**:

- Completed basic technical training in the fields of mechanics, electrics/electronics or mechatronics
- Solid professional experience in customer service required
- Experience in the têxtile industry is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- Service-orientated team player who enjoys customer contact
- Quality-conscious, independent and committed way of working
