**Aufgaben**: Als versierte Pflegefachperson eruieren Sie die Wünsche, den Bedarf unserer privaten Kunden und organisieren die umfassende Pflege und Betreuung. Sie führen persönlich Abklärungen vor Ort durch, treffen die Auswahl der einzusetzenden Mitarbeitenden und planen diese entsprechend. Sie sind für ca. 20 - 30 Mitarbeitende verantwortlich, unterstützen und fördern diese bei ihren Pflegeeinsätzen und stellen den Informationsfluss sicher. Um eine rundum qualifizierte Betreuung unserer Kunden zu gewährleisten, pflegen Sie den persönlichen Kontakt zu den involvierten Angehörigen, Ärzten, Krankenkassen, öffentlichen Diensten und Kliniken. Akquisetätigkeiten runden Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet ab.
**Anforderungsprofil**:
- Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF oder Bachelor of Science FH
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege sowie gefestigte Erfahrung aus einer koordinativen, führenden Position im Pflegebereich
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Eigeninitiative sowie grosse Selbstständigkeit
- Gutes Organisationstalent und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Zwingend: Fahrausweis Kat. B und ein eigenes Fahrzeug
