We are looking for a** Program Consultant** to join us in our Zurich office to drive the growth of the Swiss market, as we strive to be the world’s largest and most trusted au pair program.

We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

In this role, you will report to the Country Product Manager. We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, values customer service, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.

What you’ll do
- Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs.
- Drive sales by responding to customer needs, from telemarketing activities to WhatsApp, to meet sales targets to grow the Swiss market.
- Create brand awareness & increase sales by working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions to organize and attend promotional events.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to provide an excellent experience for each au pair.
- Be part of a fun team sharing the same passion and a ´work hard, play hard´ mentality.

- You love connecting with people over the phone and in person and use your active listening skills to understand each customer’s needs so that you can successfully pitch our program.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen.
- You are highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets.
- You are a team player who brings a positive attitude and “nothing is impossible” spirit to the team.
- You are an organized multi-tasker who pays close attention to detail to deliver excellent customer support.

**Professional **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Swiss German and English proficiency, French is an advantage
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- MS Office
