Consultant - Management Consulting - HR-Transformation

Your contribution to KPMG

Deliver high quality solutions to improve processes, operating models and organizational set-up for HR organizations

Assess and benchmark maturity of the HR function

Optimize End-to-End HR processes, such as onboarding, hire-to-retire and talent management

Review current HR IT landscape and propose technological solutions to improve processes and deliver exceptional employee experiences

Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models

Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future business partners and experts in HR

Collaborate with KPMG experts on cross-functional projects to broaden the value proposition to your clients

Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements and contribute to marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market

This is what makes you successful

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or similar

Experience in Transformation, HR, organizational design or in a comparable environment is preferred

Knowledge of HCM system functionalities (SAP, Workday, etc.) is a plus

Full professional proficiency in German and English, French is a plus

You are a team player and have very good communication and analytical skills
