As a Scandit Video Production Assistant, you will support our growing video production by project managing, organizing, planning and production of our product videos. Scandit product videos are a key sales tool and crucial content for our product, marketing and partnership teams. This is why your position will have an impact on overall company success. The position is Zurich-based and you will be a part of our Product Marketing team.

**What you will do**:**Support and project manage video production**:

- Organize set build, props, phones, apps etc.
- Manage schedules
- Assist during shoot
- Scout locations
- Independently manage smaller video and photo projects
- Coordinate with Videographer, Product Marketers, Product Managers and other stakeholders

**Manage post production process, publishing & storage of assets**
- Manage post production review cycles, collect stakeholder feedback etc.
- Storing assets on our digital asset management platform and sales enablement platform
- Handle publishing in public channels

**Who you are**:

- 1 - 2 years experience with managing projects with different stakeholders (e.g. video production, events, or as an account manager in a marketing agency)
- Structured, highly-organized person with attention to detail and good project management and time management
- Great networking, communication and listening skills
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense
- Some knowledge of design & video editing software
- English and German - professional working proficiency
