Join our mission of connecting people from around the world through cultural exchange and become part our international in-house marketing team in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland.

In this role, you will work alongside our cross-functional team, producing authentic content that showcases the unique experiences our students and host families have while participating in our exchange programs. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, editing, and publishing video content for online platforms. This can include creating content for social media platforms, such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as for websites and blogs.

**Your daily work**:

- Create and manage the content of our YouTube channel, including original video content, user-generated content, and video campaigns.
- Develop and produce video content that tells authentic and inspiring stories of our students, host families, and program alumni network.
- Collaborate with the larger marketing team to develop video content for various social media platforms.
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Edit and produce videos using industry-standard software.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in film, communications, or another related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in video production or a similar role
- On occasion able to travel internationally to capture stories of our exchange students and host families
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills, as well as strong storytelling abilities
- Experience managing a YouTube channel
- Experience working with user-generated content (UGC) and social campaigns
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and preferably mastering a second language
- Able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or a Swiss work permit holder)
