In Ihrer vielseitigen Rolle als Leiter/in Operational Logistics and Warehousing führen Sie ein Team welches für den internen Transport sowie die komplette Lagerlogistik am Produktionsstandort verantwortlich ist. Sie sind ein Experte in der Lagerlogistik und möchten neue Ideen einbringen und vorantreiben. Weiter legen Sie grossen Wert auf das Einhalten der Arbeitssicherheits
- und Qualitätsanforderungen und versuchen diese stetig zu verbessern. In dieser Rolle rapportieren Sie an den Global Head of SCM Quality and Compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Mitwirkung des neuen Lager
- und Intralogistikbereiches für den Hauptstandort.
- Führen der Mitarbeiter aus der Lagerlogistik und internem Transport inkl. einem Teamleiter.
- SOX-/ und IKS-Konformität sicherstellen (Inventur und Lagerbestände).
- Systemverfügbarkeit (Lager/Logistik), IT, Infrastruktur und personelle Ressourcen sicherstellen.
- Weiterentwicklung der Organisation bzgl. Prozessen und Fähigkeiten.
- Definieren und Pflege der Lagerstrategie.
- Abstimmung mit den Divisionen mit dem Ziel zur Verbesserung der Prozesse, Zielwerte und Kennzahlen.
- Definierung, Organisation, Überwachung von jährlichen Wartungsarbeiten.
- Ausarbeitung wie auch Implementierung von Verbesserungen (Prozess, Arbeitssicherheit, Ergonomie, System, Material, Lagerinfrastruktur.

Your background
- Technische
- und oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung HF/FH Level mit hohem Fachwissen in der Lagerlogistik.
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis.
- Führungserfahrung.
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Teamentwicklung und Integrationsfähigkeit.
- Veränderungsoffen und innovativ.
- Analytische Denkweise.
- SAP und Lagermanagement Software Erfahrung.
