- Development of production processes and introduction into production
- Participation in international research and investment projects
- Planning and execution of tests from laboratory through scale-up to production
- Development and patenting of new technologies and processes

**We Need Your Skills**
- Master in Process Engineering or Chemistry
- At least 5 years' experience in chemical process development and scale-up within an industrial chemistry environment a prerequisite
- Ability to define robust processes based on collected data
- Experienced in the design and specification of production equipment
- Open and sociable with an intercultural flair
- With the international scope of the work, fluency in English (B2/C1) is mandatory. Good knowledge in German helps you to interact locally.
