- **Plant Engineering Team **in our
- ** Global Operations Technology Department **evaluates opportunities to improve efficiency in Operations and develops effective manufacturing processes in the field of Mortars, Admixtures, Resins, Flex, Membranes, Waterbars and Automotive manufacturing. Continuous investments with approximately 10 new plants every year remains to be an essential plant of Sika’s successful growth model.

**INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING (W/M/D) 100%**

**Exciting Challenges**
- Define engineering standards for designated factory technologies, infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Support local entities with project management, cost control, technical knowhow, specifications, engineering expertise and risk management to enable in-time and in-cost project completion.
- Lead engineering projects from single equipment up to new sites (improvements, optimization, capacity expansion) on global level.
- Support procurement and local entities on vendor choice to establish a project budget and timeline
- Develop global specifications for production equipment and factory designs.

**We Need Your Skills**
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an additional degree in Project Management
- 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, most preferred in the Chemical Industry in planning and execution of investment projects
- Experience with evaluation, procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance of production equipment
- Open and sociable as well as intercultural flair
- Willingness to travel (30 - 50%)
- Excellent knowledge in English (C1 level) and good command in German. Additional languages are an additional asset.
