**Your Responsibilities**:

- You have the strategic and operational responsibility for the Customer Service Hydraulics and play a key role in building up the department
- You will lead a team, actively promote the development of your employees and ensure their continuous further development
- In your role, you will develop and implement a global service concept, including associated strategies to optimize support for the market, customers service and after sales
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers technical problems are resolved and coordinating technical complaints
- Your role will include the further development and implementation of customer service to optimize support for the market and customers. You will also shape a successful approach in the after sales for the business unit Hydraulics

**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- You have proven experience in similar customer service roles and knowledge in the field of drives or axial piston machines
- Your analytical problem-solving skills enable you to quickly resolve issues for the client and see matters through to completion in a goal-oriented manner
- Your personality is characterized by a high sense of responsibility, creativity, and business orientation. Your leadership skills also enable you to coach and develop high-performing teams and liaise with managers at all levels
