At our site in Bulle, the Business Unit Hydraulics as competence center for hydraulic components is located. At the two locations, Bulle in the canton of Fribourg and Ettlingen near Karlsruhe the BU develops, designs, and manufactures powerful products in the fields of hydraulic drive and control technology. The hydraulic products and their components are produced using state-of-the-art processes, making a significant contribution to the quality and performance of Liebherr Group's mobile and crawler excavators, mining machines, wheel loaders, and other mobile working machines.

To support our Product Management Hydraulics department, we are looking for a Product Manager (M/F/d).

**Responsibilities**:

- You analyze the current product portfolio and define the future product portfolio
- You act as the interface between sales and development
- You create and manage specifications, taking into account customer requirements, and merge them with product specifications
- You analyze, implement, and execute defined requirements for product variety and product life cycle
- You conduct market analysis and benchmarking and support the strategic alignment of the Business Unit Hydraulics
- You will develop pricing strategies and analyze trends

**Competencies**:

- You have a degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, and have a solid knowledge in the field of hydraulics
- You have already gained valuable experience in product management in a matrix organization
- You possess business acumen as well as strong entrepreneurial skills
- You have excellent German and English language skills
- Your personality is characterized by excellent communication skills, high customer orientation, and flexibility. You are an open-minded, team-oriented person
