Product Manager

Your Responsibilities - You ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organization - You ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product group - You make sure to understand customer and market requirements - You define the product strategy and product roadmap - You manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them - You manage the product portfolio and product variants, as well as product quality and maintenance - You track all relevant product KPIs (financial, quality, delivery performance) and work to improve them - You conduct business cases and profitability analyses - You analyze the market and the competition - You proactively monitor and participate in industry events to identify and leverage new developments Your Profile - You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA - You have more than 5 years of experience in product management or engineering within the construction equipment or powertrain industry - You possess strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with engines and construction machinery - You have an excellent command of English and German (B2), while knowledge of French is considered as an asset - You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project - You are recognized for your strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset. Your enthusiastic and open personality, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, set you apart.
