The Asset Allocation & Research department is looking for a professional to join the Economic Research team located in Pfaeffikon (SZ). The team collaborates closely with the different in-house investment teams and is responsible for:

- Assessing economic, political and market developments in the context of multi-asset portfolios;
- Evaluating the attractiveness of asset classes from a macro/top-down perspective;
- Contributing to the tactical and strategic investment processes for our multi-asset portfolios;
- Developing long-term investment views and deriving capital market assumptions for strategic asset allocation decisions;
- Performing ESG/climate-related analyses in the context of economics and asset allocation;
- Developing and maintaining tools and models for economic and financial market analysis;
- Formulating, communicating and presenting cyclical macro and market views both internally and externally to clients and prospects;
- Writing and editing market commentaries for client publications.

**Requirements**:

- University Master’s degree in Economics or Finance;
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the financial industry;
- Cooperative working style, team player;
- Proactive, hands-on and result-oriented personality with ability to work under pressure;
- Analytical skills, ability to break down complex topics and communicate them in an approachable manner;
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and communication skills, fluency in German;
- Experience with private markets, emerging economies or ESG/climate topics is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
