The ability to distill clear messaging for defined audiences and package it across multi-format content deliverables, including but not limited to writing.
Driving engagement in content by looking holistically at the client experience, including working closely with the digital teams to optimize accessibility and visibility of content.
Providing clarity and bringing across complex investment-related concepts in a compelling and engaging style.
Knowledge of and experience in the financial sector, including an understanding of the differences in writing for professional and retail investors in different regions, along with the associated legal and compliance considerations.

**Navigating uncertainty with grace and flexibility**: The ability to unite different stakeholders when it comes to crafting key messaging and ensuring consistency, even under deadline pressure. Similarly, the ability to pivot in terms of workload and priorities according to business needs.

**Stakeholder management**: cultivating effective relationships at all levels of the organization - from senior management to design, digital and compliance teams - and using them to rapidly converge and build consensus around your work.
Ease in managing the housekeeping elements of the role with ease: You understand the compliance requirements of the investment industry, are experienced in managing processes and workflows involving different stakeholders, and can handle translation, proofreading and editing processes across multiple languages, even if you do not speak all of them yourself.

Your background
Educated to degree level or above, you exhibit The Economist-level writing skills in at least one of our key languages (English, German, Italian, Spanish, or French) and are comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.
You currently work in a writing, marketing, PR or similar role at a leading asset manager or media company. Experience in other industries is welcome, but you must come with deep enthusiasm for investment and a proven ability to rapidly learn new skills.
You have a writing portfolio that includes collateral spanning the entire spectrum of brand awareness and marketing deliverables.
