For our client a well-known global family office, we are looking for a Front-Investment Advisor.

The Front-Investment Advisor in the Investment Department allocates his/her time such that over the year he/she spends 70% of his/her time in Investment Advisory and 30% in special projects.

Tasks
- Write and elaborate investment advisory proposals together with the client relationship managers.
- Discuss the proposals with the Client Relationship Manager and the client at the same time.
- Focus on a stronger marketing pitch on the investment products provided by Investment Team.
- Actively support the CRM in the marketing of Investment Products selected by the Investment Team and by reviewing existing portfolios.
- Organize regular portfolio reviews (all accounts) per Client Relationship Manager, in collaboration with the investment team.
- Actively follow up on activities and actions taken with updates on the portfolio reviews.
- Participate in formulating portfolio recommendations and presentations; also from a marketing perspective.
- Communicate client and CRM feedback on investment topics to the investment team.

**Requirements**:

- Solid, resilient and proactive character and personality.
- Networked mindset, diligence and reliability.
- Open spirit for any new project coming along to constantly provide new ideas for the bank’s development and image.
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar function.
- Very good Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Extensive experience in investment matters including traditional as well as alternative assets and investments.
- Be able to put together investment proposals for clients considering the wishes of the client and the respective Client Relationship Manager, the client risk profile and compliance rules as well as the views and recommendations of the investment department.
- Very good organizational skills for participating in projects.
- Sound knowledge about banking & investment.
- Careful way of working and good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team.
