JUNIOR RFP WRITER PRIVATE MARKETS (Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastructure Investment Strategies)
Our client is a leading Asset Manager in Zurich Switzerland, representing high Investment Standards and holds an excellent track record.
To strengthen the experienced and client-focused team, we offer a motivated, dedicated and reliable personality (f/m) the opportunity to work as Junior RFP Writer and be in daily dialogue with portfolio management to support institutional clients.
Tasks
You accompany individual enquiries and tenders and complete RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for Private Markets like Private Equity, Private Debt, Reals Estate and Infrastructure strategies. In these documents you will be collecting and summarizing quantitative and qualitative information about investment products, company structures and investment philosophy.
In addition, you support the client advisors in their customer contact, in mandate offering or in cooperation with consultants, etc. You maintain the product databases and are responsible in this varied task for the execution of all information-oriented tasks in connection with the portfolios. In coordination with various departments such as Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance and Sales, you will ensure reporting and information flow. You will benefit from the brand and professionalism of your new environment and use your experience and talent to support professional investors on a daily basis.
**Requirements**:
Ideally you have gained at least 1-3 years’ experience preferably within private markets or alternative investments. You are analytical, efficient and structured, interested in managing investment products and have strong communication skills with an eloquent vocabulary within the financial realm.
You also have very good Microsoft knowledge and an extremely high level of service orientation, quality awareness and stamina.
You are a team player with self-propulsion and you have an entrepreneurial thinking as well as a communicative and convincing appearance. You have organizational skills, see correlations and keep calm and overview in hectic moments.
To qualify for this position a Bachelor Degree, CAIA, CFA or any other professional financial qualification is beneficial. The stylistically confident communication and
proficient Knowledge in English is required.
