- We are seeking a seasoned Investment professional like you to:
- lead the CIO Strategic Asset Allocation team, yearly SAA process to generate optimized long-term returns, including overall long-term capital market assumptions, portfolio construction, and risk management
- utilize investment process to actively contribute to the risk taking of our discretionary investment solutions within established investment guidelines and policies
- contribute to the long-term houseview with long and medium-term macro analysis that arise from a growing complexity of our investment universe as well as support in various other topics, e.g. supporting the TAA process with quantitative analysis
- provide customized strategic asset allocation advice to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UNHW) and Family Office (FO) and GFIW clients
- act as a spokesperson regarding the CIO asset allocation and establish a close working relationship with the relevant internal and external stakeholders and contribute to various investment reports or marketing materials.

**Your team**
- The UBS Chief Investment Office Wealth Management (CIO WM) is the central investment strategy and research unit of UBS Wealth Management. We define the strategic and tactical asset allocation implemented in UBS mandates and reference portfolios and publish a wide range of research for UBS clients and client advisors on a global level.
- The Strategic Asset Allocation team is responsible for the strategic global investment process at UBS Wealth Management. The outcome of this investment process is implemented in a wide range of discretionary and advisory mandates as well as the UBS Strategy funds at UBS Asset Management with investable assets of around USD 600bn.
- As Head Strategic Asset Allocation you will be closely involved in the origination of the strategic investment allocation, risk management, and market analysis. You will work both independently and in collaboration with other CIO analysts on investment views based on quantitative and macro fundamental research across asset classes. In addition, you will contribute to a wide range of special projects or topics that will naturally arise from within the growing complexity of our investment universe and communicate the CIO asset allocation position internally and externally.

**Your expertise**
- proven track record in investment strategy/research, ideally in a pension fund, asset management, or portfolio management environment.
- experienced communicator who enjoys written and oral interaction with our internal and external stakeholders, providing though leadership on topics from unique perspectives on long-term investing and SI.
- strong technical expertise, i.e. understanding the technical frameworks and models for CMA and for portfolio construction
- demonstrates strong leadership with exceptional interpersonal skills to coordinate and lead a diverse team with different asset class specialists, economists, quants, and other stakeholders.
