**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop the existing Art Basel digital services and products by ensuring that all business processes are optimized through customer-focused digital solutions
- Measure and analyse existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers
- Manage the product owners team, the UX/UI team and front end development team, internal and external
- Develop and oversee the Art Basel digital roadmap
- Support the Digital Director in identifying opportunities to improve the Art Basel digital ecosystem
- Understanding and defining user needs based on market research, customer visits and business data
- Partner with MCH IT team(s) on driving products and features from design to ship
- Create alignment on the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Engaging and building relationships with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Galleries, VIP etc.) to successfully improve products and features.
- Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics
- Lead, inspire and support the Art Basel Team to deliver customer value
- Communicate the vision, plans, objectives and progress to both your team and stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
- Manage cross-product dependencies

**Your profile**:

- Degree in business administration, business informatics or similar field
- Agile/ scrum experience as a Product Owner/Manager
- Good understanding of e-commerce platform and product solution, and the ability to understand the new business models.
- Experience with digital customer-facing technology development, design, business systems analysis
- Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver quantifiable business value
- Strong communicator and communication ability to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organization, ability to read communication styles from a broad spectrum of disciplines and audience
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Proficient at developing strong relationships that foster the spirit of innovation, improvement, and collaborative solutions and developments
- Proven success developing business cases, roadmaps, product execution strategies
- Highly detail oriented, well organized with ability to take complex concepts and synthesize to be understood by business users
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage
