**Key responsibilities**:

- Support on corporate housekeeping matters.
- Act as a business legal partner with internal clients of the company.
- Advise on global corporate matters.
- Advise on confidentiality agreements and privacy related matters.
- Support on contract management matters as well as signature collection processes.
- Researches and answers inquiries regarding contract rights and obligations, privacy rights, legal clearances, and other legal matters.
- A proactive member of the team who is keen to learn and work in a fast paced environment.
- Team player who is comfortable working with all levels of management.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor law degree.
- Knowledge of contract and corporate law.
- At ease in drafting legal documents in English and in German or French.
