**Junior Club Manager (f/m/d) EVO Fitness Genève**

Dans ce poste passionnant, tu as la possibilité de respirer l'air de la start-up tout en profitant du savoir-faire d'une entreprise active au niveau international depuis 30 ans. Tu diriges ta filiale de manière autonome et tu es responsable du bon déroulement des activités, de la satisfaction des clients et de la réalisation des objectifs en matière de chiffre d'affaires des membres. Chez EVO, nous misons sur des processus numériques simples et des structures légères, c'est pourquoi tu as plus de temps pour l'essentiel.

**TES TÂCHES**:

- Gestion opérationnelle de TON club en termes de fonctionnalité et de service à la clientèle.
- Responsabilité du respect des budgets de coûts et de chiffre d'affaires pour le club concerné
- Augmentation du nombre de membres du club par la conquête de nouveaux groupes de clients, notamment les entreprises
- Rechercher de nouvelles opportunités B2B dans les environs du club désigné
- Planification et mise en œuvre de mesures de promotion des ventes en collaboration avec le service marketing central
- Responsabilité pour les partenaires externes dans le domaine de la formation personnelle (y compris le recrutement)
- Relations publiques, traitement des plaintes
- Soutien du Head Office dans la recherche de partenaires externes dans les domaines suivants : Maintenance & entretien, nettoyage, sécurité, technique
- Gestion de la planification et de l'achat d'équipements

**TON PROFIL**:

- Formation diplômée dans les domaines de la vente, du marketing ou du sport
- Proximité locale / volonté d'être présent pendant les heures de pointe, généralement le soir
- Personnalité énergique, au rythme rapide et motivée, avec un fort accent sur l'humain
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 1 an dans un poste similaire au sein d'une organisation orientée vers les services dans le domaine du sport ou des loisirs
- Un bagage en matière de fitness est un atout majeur
- Expérience dans la vente, aussi bien dans le domaine des clients individuels que dans le domaine B2B/coopération
- Grande affinité avec le numérique
- Intérêt pour un style de vie urbain et sain et pour l'activité physique
- Méthode de travail indépendante et haut degré de responsabilité, autonomie dans l'action
- Connaissances linguistiques : français et anglais parlés et écrits impérativement
