The Business Application manager is the responsible for the Functional IT enhancements of Microsoft 365 platforms. He/she supervise system configuration deployments according to business needs and will support in developing processes to manage the day-to-day functioning of the platform for the benefits of end-users.

**Main responsibilities**

Functional Service Microsoft 365
- Analyse current system and business processes and agree on functional requirements and platform functional improvements.
- Determine and analyse processes and implement functional changes.
- Analyse business requirements and develop enhancements to achieve same
- Analyse all business functional enhancements ideas related to the platform i.e. new requests, including the feasibility, cost/benefit, etc. analysis in alignment with IT Demand process

Functional enhancements & projects
- Execute enhancing projects related to the platform, size S and M
- Supervise /execute mid & large-size projects, with the support of internal/external IT and Business resources; in this context, guarantee the compliance of the project within IT processes.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance tests prior functional enhancement’s deployment.
- Manage the current backlog of the platform
- Act as Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) facing customers’ requirements.
- Act as Product Lifecycle manager with regards to business processes evolution.

Release management
- Determine plans for annual releases with the platform’s vendor.
- Analyse vendor functional releases and determine user’s impact.
- Test functional changes, coordinate user acceptance test.
- Collaborate with internal Change Management team on releases’ communication and actions.
- Ensure functional changes are properly deployed in the context of Release management and ensure internal IT processes are respected.
- Liaise with the Service Manager for the technical support of the Product
- Liaise with Change Management team on Product releases
- Manage the preferred vendors for the Product for functional enhancements/support if necessary.
- Be the preferred partner of the business Relationship Manager for any question related to his Product (except bug tickets)
- Have a deep understanding of the underlying technology and its possibilities
- Have a deep understanding of the implementation of the Product at IOC: processes, functional implementation and technical implementation
- Provide quick answer to simple requests from the business /business relationship manager and PMs (questions, reports, etc.)
- Analyse Incidents and Change Requests that affect the platform, including the feasibility, cost/benefit, etc. and liaise with the Service Manager for the implementation

**Our requirements**
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field or equivalent work experience. Any Microsoft certification is a plus
- Mandatory experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform in cloud as One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams, Power Platforms, Microsoft Dynamic CRM
- Experience in defining and implementing Microsoft solutions Governance across organisation
- Experience in implementing Sharepoint and Microsoft Dynamic is appreciated
- Experienced in leading challenging business requirements in the space of Microsoft platforms
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances
- Ability to understand complex business processes and organization structures.
- Proven projects and enhancements delivery track record related to Microsoft platforms
- Experience as Business Analyst and Project Manager is appreciated
- Technical Project Leader experience is an advantage
- Mother tongue English or French, with very good command of the other language.
