**As a Junior Application Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Coordinate with IT teams to manage deployment processes, updates, and patches, ensuring mínimal disruption to end-users.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, actively seeking opportunities to integrate innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, analyze data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of technologies.

**As a Junior Application manager you will need**:

- Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and understanding.
