**DevOps for a Lugano client**:
Introduction

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with extensive experience for a full-time role.

The client is a primary bank based in Lugano (they offer flexibility for remote working for at least 2 days a week for resident in CH).

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Engineer. He/she will be responsible for implementing and managing Infrastructure as code (IaC), software development, continuous integration, system administration, and Linux.

**Job Description**:
The Platform Engineering Team of our client designs the entire pipeline for a crucial Control System, which is based on the systems provided. The team is responsible for the architecture of the production environments, their development, continuous integration/testing/delivery and their maintenance.

Tasks
Setup and automation of Software Defined Network, DNS and load balancing

Setup and engineering of Openshift
Setup and maintenance of EKS clusters

Must-have criteria
Linux platform engineering

Kubernetes/Openshift know-how
Completed computer science education
Experience in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)

**Required languages**: English B2, Italian B2

**Salary**: We offer an interesting salary with a permanent Swiss contract

**Work location**: Lugano, partially in SmartWorking

**Pre-requisites**: you must be in possession of a work permit valid for Swiss territory or have the nationality of a European nation.
