We’re looking for a client account manager to: - manage daily business in GFO client servicing and delivering exceptional client service and experience - be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits - be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting - perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence - research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner - support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties **Your team** Global Family Office (GFO) is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFO serves some of the largest institutional Family Office clients that require both, GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often across countries and booking centers. GFO offers comprehensive and highly personalized financial services to satisfy our clients’ sophisticated needs. You’ll be working in the GFO Middle East and Africa team in Geneva. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - 3 year financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry - (bachelor’s) degree or equivalent financial qualifications - solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products - able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible - sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results - superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence - confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - excellent skills in English (oral and written) **About us** UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
