Job Description

The customer support and service team help the customer in all stages of the product cycle. From the set up and mounting of the devices, giving meaning to data or maintaining the optimal workflow to support in error and issue cases. Nexxiot is now developing such a new team for our international customer base in neither Zurich or Rüsselsheim. Your tasks as part of the team will mainly be:

- Be there for the customer and all his needs.
- Take feedback from customers directly to the dedicated departments.
- Handle error reports from customers and internally with our ticketing system.
- Control support tickets, plan meetings with needed internal and external personnel to revolve the error and report back to customers.
- Independent support project management is needed, handling multiple topics at once and constant updating your product skills is essential. You get involved in all aspects of the company from product development, deployment up to data analysis from customer specific solutions.
- Supporting us in defining the structure, the processes and building of a team for our customer support and service.

Qualifications
- A finished technical apprenticeship
- First Experiences in Customer Service Customer Support, IT Support or Project Management support are helpful, but not mandatory
- First Experiences with Jira /Altlassia are an advantage
- Interest in diving into technical backgrounds both in hard
- and software
- Open, communicative nature to work with a lot of different people internal and external
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate it for our technical employees (and the other way around)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- You are tolerant for or even appreciating start-up-culture
- You rate quality over quantity
- Good communication skills in English and German are necessary

Additional Information

This role is designed to based in Zurich (CH) or Rüsselsheim (GER) hence please ensure you are eligibility to work and live in CH or GER.
