Aufgaben

You will support an asset and wealth management boutique's managing partners and clients with Project Management Office (PMO) related tasks to ensure:

- Good communication with key stakeholders (status updates, timelines, current risks and mitigation actions)
- Timely coordination of meetings, meeting minuting, and follow-up coordination
- Planning and coordination of partner's time
- Chasing of client internal resources to ensure our managing partners and internal experts get the required information/actions for the projects to progress

Qualifikation

**Expected experience**:

- Years of experience are less relevant. Attitude and diligence are more important
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels and influence change and create buy-in and support
- Ability to conduct and outline methodologies for quality assurance on projects
- Ability to engage with partners on program cost, quality, resourcing and timelines on expectations & delivery

**Ideally, you’ll also have**:

- Fun planning, coordinating and following-up
- A conceptual understanding of banking processes and/or the ability to quickly understand them high-level to understand how different stakeholders are connected
- Ability to facilitate discussions and meetings
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a variety of audiences.
- Good command of the German language (verbal and written)
