**Description du poste** Vos missions**
- **Prendre les décisions clés** au niveau tenant : choix des outils, résidence des données, posture de sécurité.
- **Élaborer et maintenir un playbook LLM** : critères de sélection des modèles, gouvernance, suivi des coûts et consommation.
- **Concevoir des blueprints de référence** pour l’IA conversationnelle (Copilot Studio), l’orchestration agentique (MCP/A2A) et les pipelines RAG.
- **Standardiser les pratiques** : prompts, patterns de grounding, télémétrie et critères d’évaluation (qualité, sécurité, performance).
- **Traduire les besoins métiers en solutions complètes** : intégration, contrats de données, stratégie de déploiement.
- **Accompagner les équipes delivery** (ingénieurs IA, Power Platform, etc.) et assurer la réutilisabilité des composants.
- **Architecturer Power Platform Core** : environnements, DLP, connecteurs, ALM, identité et accès.
- **Co-concevoir le modèle opérationnel du Centre d’Excellence** pour le développement citoyen.
- **Mettre en place des garde-fous IA** : filtres de contenu, politiques de grounding, mitigation des jailbreaks, vérifications biais/équité.
- **Définir des playbooks d’incident** et intégrer l’observabilité (tracing, feedback, monitoring).
- **Mentorer et promouvoir une culture “framework-first”** : documentation, réutilisation, qualité.

**Qualifications**
- **Leadership en architecture** : 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en architecture d’entreprise, solution ou IA, avec des livraisons en production.
- **Expertise IA et ML** : Azure AI/OpenAI, Copilot Studio, pipelines RAG, vector stores, prompt engineering.
- **Architecture applicative & intégration** : Cloud Azure, APIs, événements, sécurité.
- **Power Platform & Citizen Development** : gouvernance, Dataverse, ALM, stratégie d’environnement.
- **IA Responsable** : mise en œuvre de contrôles (sécurité, monitoring, red/blue teaming, biais/équité).
- **Excellente communication** : capacité à influencer et collaborer avec des équipes produit, engineering, sécurité et business.

- Observabilité pour systèmes LLM (feedback loops, télémétrie).
