**YOUR ROLE**:
As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, your role will be to design and deliver smart, scalable solutions that connect technology with business needs.
- Lead integration efforts with systems like SAP, Databricks, and other legacy platforms using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom APIs;
- Support and guide development teams, encouraging learning, collaboration, and high-quality delivery;
- Bring innovation by integrating AI and generative AI into workflows to improve automation and user experience.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- 10 years of experience in IT architecture, designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains and workspaces;
- Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect, with additional credentials as System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist in areas such as IT Service Management, Customer Service, or IT Operations;
- Proven success in designing custom data models and integrating ServiceNow with SAP and other legacy systems to support enterprise-wide transformation;
- Strong interest in innovation, with hands-on experience embedding artificial intelligence and generative AI into workflows to enhance automation and user experience;
- Fluency in English + French or German at professional level mandatory.
