**What you will be doing**
- Become the product virtuoso, using your deep expertise to guide strategic decisions that shape the future
- Craft technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term success, making pivotal technical decisions along the way
- Pioneer the integration of generative AI technologies, automating and streamlining engineering processes to align with our vision of minimizing manual labor and maximizing innovation

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Getting bogged down in traditional people management - your technical and business acumen will be your superpowers here
- Drowning in a sea of meetings, committees, and administrative tasks - we've streamlined management overhead so you can focus on creating real, tangible business value
- Crafting high-level strategies without practical implementation plans - your recommendations will be grounded in deep, product-level insights

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive critical business outcomes across a diverse portfolio of enterprise and SMB products, wielding the power to influence tens of millions in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- A track record of 7+ years making pivotal architecture and design decisions, shaping software projects through innovative design patterns and open-source technologies
- At least 2 years of experience navigating the cloud computing landscape, primarily in AWS, to make impactful design decisions
- 4+ years of experience as the technical and delivery maestro for revenue-generating products
- Proven expertise in leveraging Generative AI to craft cutting-edge product features
- A history of using Generative AI as a catalyst for simplifying and optimizing work processes
