We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Manager (m|f|d) homebased for the region Bern in Switzerland. In this position you will be responsible for working within our sales organization to drive profitable and sustainable growth as well as to build and maintain effective relationships within assigned key customer accounts in Switzerland.

**What you will accomplish together with us**
- Promote the organization's products and services within a key account to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy
- Actively drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace and proactively follow up on the successful implementation of sales activity
- Assess and analyse customer needs, generate leads, respond to customer inquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate
- Develop and implement account plans and request and coordinate resources in line with the account plans
- Work closely with cross functional teams (C-suite influencers, engineers, scientists, and procurement) to create higher market awareness and successful strategies to gain new business
- Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
- Manage and execute projects with strict procedures and deadlines
- Relate technical and business concepts to customer needs and support in supply chain and quality issues
- Manage and build strong customer relationships for long term partnership
- Prepare quarterly budgets and forecast
**What** will **convince** **us**
- Academic degree in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering or similar preferred
- Experienced sales representative with laboratory | process-based experience in Life Science preferred
- Knowledge in cell and gene therapy, mRNA or fill & finish preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, capacity to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and business acumen
- Fluent in German and English
- Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
